Today was a rainy, windy, cool Saturday. With the calendar showing September and the weather showing hints of fall, I switched over my Scentsy warmer from a summery "coconut lemongrass" to a fall-like "cinnamon vanilla" and my house smells delish. In the midst of catching up on cleaning (after a long weekend out of town and a few days of Matt and I feeling under the weather) we decided to let Teagan invite Gavin over to play. We got the toys cleaned up just in time for the kids to tear them apart again but they all had fun. They played Wii bowling, watched the Lorax, played with toys, and made chocolate chip cookies.
Declan is quite the yogurt man. He saw Teagan's unfinished yogurt from lunch and set his eyes on it. He was a happy little man. He has been working on his spoon and self feeding skills and is doing great. His face was a little messy but his bib was clean. In his new toddler room he sleeps on a cot and feeds himself (mostly with utensils). He also gets to play on the toddler playground which he loves.
